HSIAO YUNG GU柴焙龍眼乾來自臺南市東山,是品牌創始人蕭永固先生與擁有窯烤龍眼乾70多年經驗的爸爸、媽媽與哥哥一起堅持用傳統柴焙古法產製富有濃厚柴火香味的龍眼乾。

「堅持古法」一直是蕭永固對祖父傳承下來技術的信念,堅持用龍眼木柴焙、堅持不眠不休得顧窯烘烤龍眼,24小時火不間斷,定時將龍眼翻面,才能烘得均勻,乾得透徹,他說,龍眼烘乾一點,雖然重量會輕一點,但是消費者能保存久一點,這些都能看出他對龍眼乾的堅持。

It is the founder of the brand, Mr. Hsiao, who insists on producing dried longan which is fragrant with firewood by using the traditional firewood roasting method in the kiln with his brother and parents who have more than 70 years of experience in roasting dried longan.

"Adhering to the traditional method" has always been Mr. Hsiao’s belief in the skills handed down from his grandfather. He persists in roasting longan with Longan tree branches, watching the kiln without resting, and keeping the fire burning all day long. And flip the longan regularly to roast it evenly and dry it thoroughly. He said that if the longan is a little bit drier, the weight will be lighter, but the consumer can keep it for a longer time. All of these can show his persistence in roasting the dried longan.

HSIAO YUNG GU ORCHARD’s dried longan is made of fresh longan which is picked on the same day. After rigorous sorting, eliminating the cracked fruit, rotten fruit, and inferior longan, and then roast with Longan branches. No preservatives and chemical additives are added.
