第一道篩選:烘焙前,將裂果腐果丟棄當肥料使用
第二道篩選:翻焙時,將烘焙過程中破掉的龍眼乾篩選掉
第三道篩選:收焙後,將精選龍眼乾裝入50斤麻袋存放
第四道篩選:將龍眼乾分級分大小,過程中將醜果挑選起來
第五道篩選:分裝小袋準備出貨時,將破果再次篩選起來

Why do we call our produce selected dried longan? We spare no expense to present the best to our dearest friends.
The First Screening: Before roasting the longan we eliminate the cracked fruit and rotten fruit and use them as fertilizers.
The Second Screening: Flipping the longan, we eliminate the dried longan broken during the roasting process.
The Third Screening: After roasting the
longan we put the selected dried longan into the 50 Kg gunny sack for storing.
The fourth Screening: We classify the dried
longan into different sizes, and eliminate the ugly ones.
The Fifth Screening: Before packing the
dried longan into the zip-lock bag, we screen out the broken fruits again.
